Lancome launched the Hypnose Palette collection . The new range is made up of three three sub-collections – Doll Eyes, Star Eyes and Drama Eyes – each containing four new eye shadow palettes, two new shades of mascara, art liner and either one or two shades of Khol.
The smart "wet" technology within the new eye palettes disperses pigments with a fluid. As the fluid evaporates, it leaves a concentrate of colour on the skin, infused with pearl pigments, which helps to create an even texture and also means that the pearl pigments are not crushed like in some compact eye shadows. The wet technology also means that eye shadows can be worn wet or dry. Applied dry, the texture to subtly illuminates eyes; applied wet, the texture becomes creamy, resulting in a deeper intensity and hold.
