Urban Decay introduces the Ghosting Trio with actress Mika Abdalla, who fronts her first beauty campaign after appearing in the Amazon Prime series Off Campus. The three-product complexion system prepares, sets and refreshes makeup through blurring and mattifying formulas. The collection includes Ghosting Paste, Ghosting Powder and Ghosting Spray. Urban Decay places Abdalla at the center of a series that turns “ghosting” into an act of leaving behind noise, pressure and outdated beauty rules.

Abdalla focuses on the speed and practicality of Ghosting Spray in the campaign. The tinted dry spray refreshes makeup, softens visible texture and reduces shine within seconds. She describes the format as a quick way to touch up makeup without starting over, allowing users to return to their day immediately.

Ghosting Spray leads the collection as Urban Decay’s most unusual formula. The product transforms loose setting powder into a dry aerosol spray and distributes a fine tinted layer over the face. It creates an instant matte finish, controls shine throughout the day and requires no drying time. Urban Decay offers the spray in three flexible tints: Light, Medium and Deep.
Ghosting Paste prepares the complexion before makeup. The silicone-free primer targets shine and visible pores while creating a blurred matte base. Its gripping texture supports makeup for up to 24 hours and provides hydration throughout wear. The formula avoids pilling, white residue and a sticky finish.

Ghosting Powder provides targeted setting for areas that need more control. Urban Decay uses freeze-dried technology to give the formula the light texture associated with loose powder. The powder softens the appearance of pores and maintains a matte finish without creating a heavy or cakey effect. Five translucent shades cover skin tones from fair to deep.
Urban Decay Global Makeup Artist in Residence Alexandra French says the trio addresses the needs of makeup artists and everyday users. Each formula works alone or as part of the full routine. Users can apply Ghosting Paste before foundation, press Ghosting Powder onto specific areas and finish with Ghosting Spray for an even result throughout the complexion.

Urban Decay Global Head Anika Majithia describes Ghosting Spray as the first tinted dry spray that evens and blurs skin tones in seconds. The brand uses the collection name to frame ghosting as a personal choice and a rejection of expectations that no longer serve the wearer. Abdalla supports that message through a campaign built around self-expression and confidence.
Urban Decay now sells Ghosting Spray and Ghosting Powder through Urban Decay website, Sephora, Ulta and TikTok Shop in the United States. Ghosting Paste remains exclusive to Urban Decay and Ulta before a wider retail release in 2027. The international rollout begins in September 2026.
