111SKIN introduces the Precision Peel, a clinic inspired chemical peel designed to resurface skin while maintaining a gentle approach. The rinse off formula targets uneven texture, dullness and discoloration while supporting a brighter, smoother and more radiant complexion. The brand developed the treatment to address maturing skin cells that can affect the appearance and function of surrounding healthy cells.

As skin ages, these older cells may contribute to visible concerns including wrinkles, fine lines, dryness, dehydration, reduced firmness, dullness and uneven tone. The Precision Peel helps remove older cells that remain on the skin’s surface before they reach the final stage of the cell cycle. By reducing their proportion, the formula supports the skin’s natural renewal process and helps create a smoother and fresher appearance.

The formula centers on Milk Thistle Extract, which 111SKIN clinically tested for its ability to help counter the visible effects associated with older skin cells. The botanical antioxidant also supports skin renewal and contributes to a fresher, more youthful looking complexion.

Three exfoliating acids work alongside the extract. Mandelic Acid, a slow penetrating AHA, helps refine texture and reduce the visible appearance of discoloration. Salicylic Acid, a BHA, exfoliates within pores to support clearer and smoother looking skin. Lactobionic Acid, a polyhydroxy acid, exfoliates while attracting moisture and promoting radiance with minimal sensitivity.

The formula also includes Papain, a natural papaya enzyme that gently removes dead skin cells and impurities. Glutathione, an antioxidant encapsulated in niosomes for enhanced delivery, supports the skin’s natural antioxidant defenses, helps reduce oxidative stress and supports comfort following exfoliation.

The Precision Peel draws on treatments developed at 111 Harley St. in London, the clinical practice of plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr Yannis Alexandrides, who has worked there for 25 years. Chemical peels also form part of facial protocols at more than 140 111SKIN spa locations globally. The brand used knowledge and feedback gathered from clinical and spa treatments to develop an at home version.

Dr Alexandrides formulated the product after treating hundreds of patients with chemical peels at 111 Harley St. He designed the formula to provide controlled resurfacing at home while addressing the visible effects associated with maturing and dying skin cells.

In a four week clinical trial, the Precision Peel improved skin tone by 19%, with reduced discoloration and the visible appearance of hyperpigmentation. After four weeks of use, 92% of participants agreed that the product felt gentle on skin, while 92% agreed that their skin felt smoother.

111SKIN recommends applying two to three pumps to cleansed face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Users should leave the formula on for up to 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water and use it two to three times per week in a morning or evening routine.

Because the formula contains an AHA, 111SKIN advises using sunscreen, wearing protective clothing and limiting sun exposure during use and for one week afterward. The brand also advises against using retinols on the same day.

The Precision Peel brings 111SKIN’s clinical experience into a targeted at home treatment, combining controlled exfoliation with ingredients that support renewal, smoother texture and a brighter looking complexion.
