Muhza is reshaping the conversation around skincare by designing products that work with, not against, the hormonal shifts of the menstrual cycle.
SKINCARE
After struggling with hormonal acne brought on by PCOS, founder Alexia Coutts realized that traditional skincare routines often ignore the body’s natural rhythms. In response, she created Muhza, a brand that merges cycle tracking with targeted skin treatments.
The launch includes four phase-specific serums, each formulated to address the skin’s changing needs throughout the menstrual cycle. The Muna Hydrating Serum supports the skin during menstruation, delivering hydration and restoring balance. During the follicular phase, the Puri Exfoliating Serum helps resurface and renew. In the ovulatory stage, the Qori Preventative Serum focuses on brightening and collagen support. Finally, the Ayni Calming Serum is designed to soothe and smooth the skin during the luteal phase, when inflammation and breakouts are more likely to occur.
Each product is backed by research on hormonal fluctuation and acne-prone skin, aiming to deliver results within a week. In addition to the serum collection, the brand offers the Ilari Oil Cleanser, a blend of safflower and sea buckthorn oils developed to repair the skin’s barrier and improve elasticity.
By prioritizing clinically supported ingredients and hormone-conscious formulations, the brand introduces a new approach to skincare, one that acknowledges the full cycle of the body rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
The full range is now available on the brand’s website, with prices ranging from $32 to $84 USD.
