SKIMS Beauty has named Diarrha N’Diaye as its new Executive Vice President of Beauty and Fragrance, marking the first official leadership move ahead of the brand’s relaunch. N’Diaye is the founder of Ami Colé, the cult-clean beauty label that closed in September, and brings more than a decade of product development and brand strategy experience to SKIMS’ expanding portfolio.

In her new role, N’Diaye will oversee product innovation, category development, and overall strategy for SKIMS Beauty. Speaking on the appointment, she says the brand’s mission extends beyond a standard product rollout: “SKIMS is for everybody, and now we’re trying to create beauty for everybody. I’m excited to bring in best-in-class formulas and a customer-first mentality to SKIMS Beauty.”

Kim Kardashian, who first teased the beauty relaunch earlier this year, describes N’Diaye as uniquely suited to the role: “She has an incomparable talent at marrying the emotional and tactical sides of beauty,” adding that N’Diaye’s instincts will drive the brand’s next phase. CEO Jens Grede was also involved in the hiring process, with the three reportedly aligning on the goal of reshaping everyday beauty routines.

With Ami Colé, N’Diaye established a strong following around complexion-first formulas designed with intentional shade range and ingredient transparency, an approach SKIMS Beauty is expected to build on as it enters the market. The appointment signals that the brand’s return will emphasize inclusivity, texture-focused formulations, and category depth beyond fragrance.

More details on SKIMS Beauty’s launch timeline and first product categories are expected in the months ahead.
