KIKO Milano hosted an exclusive post-VMA after-party at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles in honor of Global Brand Ambassador Madonna. The event followed Madonna’s performance with Sabrina Carpenter and Charli XCX at the VMAs, where she received seven awards, including Artist of the Year and Best Album.
EVENTS
The private gathering brought figures from music, fashion, film and contemporary culture to the Hollywood hotel for a night centered on Madonna and her relationship with KIKO Milano. Sabrina Carpenter and Charli XCX joined Madonna after their VMA performance, alongside PinkPantheress, Odessa A’zion, Julia Garner, Emily Ratajkowski, Yung Lean, Romain Gavras and Surkin of Gener8tion.

The guest list also included Romy of The xx, The Dare, Shaboozey, Andrew Watt, Owen Thiele, Tony Ward, Symone, Blu DeTiger, Guy Oseary, Fab 5 Freddy, Sienna Spiro, Rei Ami and Pabllo Vittar. The gathering continued through the early hours, extending the evening after one of music’s major annual events.
For the night, Madonna wore makeup created by her makeup artist Marcelo Gutierrez, who also serves as KIKO Milano’s Global Make-Up Artistry Creative Director. His work connected Madonna’s beauty look directly with her role as the brand’s Global Brand Ambassador.

KIKO Milano transformed Chateau Marmont through lilac lighting, referencing both Confessions II and the beauty brand’s signature color. The lighting covered the recognizable Hollywood location in purple tones for the duration of the event and established the visual identity of the night.
Beauty products became part of the experience inside the venue. Guests received personalized tubes of KIKO Milano’s 3D Hydra Lipgloss, engraved specifically for the occasion. Vintage-inspired “cigarette girls” moved through the party carrying curated selections of KIKO products, placing the brand’s makeup directly into the event rather than limiting its presence to signage or decor.

Drinks also referenced Madonna’s creative work and existing partnerships. Guests were served thematic Absolut cocktails named “Danceteria Afterhours” and “Bring Your Love.”
Madonna’s appearance came after a major night at the VMAs, where her joint performance with Sabrina Carpenter and Charli XCX preceded seven award wins. KIKO Milano followed the ceremony with a more private setting, bringing together collaborators, performers, actors, musicians and other guests around its Global Brand Ambassador.
