Zendaya returns to Prada Beauty for the new Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry campaign, introducing the latest fragrance in the Paradoxe collection. The release marks the line’s first fruity floral Eau de Parfum since its 2022 debut and extends Zendaya’s existing relationship with Prada Beauty through a campaign focused on changing identities and different sides of personality.

Zendaya’s connection with Paradoxe began before the campaign. She first encountered Prada Paradoxe Eau de Parfum Intense through a close friend who regularly wore the fragrance. After trying it herself at the 2025 Met Gala and receiving repeated compliments, she began wearing it as her own signature scent. Sweet Chemistry later joined her rotation after she encountered the fragrance while shooting the new campaign.
She describes Sweet Chemistry as delicate rather than overpowering, connecting its character to the balance she already appreciated in the Paradoxe collection. That approach shapes the fragrance itself, which Prada Beauty positions as a more emotional and sophisticated exploration of sweetness.
Master perfumers Nadège Le Garlantezec, Shyamala Maisondieu and Antoine Maisondieu created the composition around three central notes. A blackcurrant syrup accord opens the fragrance with an immediate fruity character. Orange blossom absolute follows at the center, introducing floral radiance. The base develops through a neroli milk accord, which gives Prada’s signature neroli note a creamy and comforting texture.
The perfumers approached sweetness through airy and milky textures, floral transparency and rounded notes. Blackcurrant provides the strongest fruit reference, while orange blossom keeps the composition luminous. Neroli milk gives the drydown a softer character and connects Sweet Chemistry with a note already closely associated with the wider Paradoxe line.
