Augustinus Bader has partnered with Dua Lipa on a new skincare line titled Dua by AB Science, marking both the pop star’s first venture into beauty entrepreneurship and the brand’s first move into a lower-priced category. The collection launched this week with three products priced between $41 and $85, significantly below the core Augustinus Bader range, where products typically sit between $75 and $300.

The line includes the Balancing Cream Cleanser, Renewal Cream, and Supercharged Glow Complex, positioned as a simplified routine built around a proprietary ingredient system called TFC5. While the main Augustinus Bader range is powered by its well-known TFC8 technology, the brand describes TFC5 as a formulation developed exclusively for this launch, maintaining the focus on cellular repair and skin barrier support while allowing for a more accessible price point.

Lipa has been a visible supporter of the brand in the past, frequently citing The Rich Cream and Eye Patches among her personal staples. She is officially credited as a founder of the new line, rather than simply a campaign face, marking a shift from her existing role in beauty, which includes her ongoing ambassadorship with YSL Beauty and fronting the Libre fragrance.

With this launch, Augustinus Bader enters a new segment of the market: a tier designed for younger consumers who recognize the brand name but have yet to buy into its luxury positioning. At the same time, it gives Lipa a standalone beauty project with her name attached, separate from fragrance work and endorsement deals.

Dua by AB Science is available now through the brand’s official channels, with wider retail rollout expected later in the season.
