Dolce&Gabbana introduces the Make It Double! Dual-ended Longwear Blurred Matte Lip Tint & Gloss, a new two-in-one lip product designed to create three different finishes. The formula combines a matte tint with a high-shine gloss, allowing each side to work alone or together depending on the desired result.

The dual-ended design centers on versatility. Wearers can apply the tint on its own for a blurred matte effect, use the gloss alone for a glossy 3D finish, or layer the two formulas together for a more dimensional lip look. The tint offers up to 10 hours of wear and resists transfer and smudging once set.
Dolce&Gabbana developed the tint as a liquid lipstick with a soft-focus finish. One stroke creates a lighter, bitten-lip effect, while additional layers increase the color intensity. The brand recommends allowing the formula to dry for 90 seconds before adding gloss on top.
The gloss adds shine without disturbing the color underneath. A silicone spatula applicator distributes the formula across the lips while helping preserve the tint beneath it. The tint side uses a slanted flock applicator designed to support controlled and precise placement.
Hyaluronic acid appears among the key ingredients and helps increase lip hydration. The formula is free from parabens, sulfates SLS and SLES, and mineral oil. Dolce&Gabbana also identifies the product as vegan and cruelty-free.
Clinical and instrumental testing supports the tint’s longwear claims, including up to 10 hours of wear alongside no-transfer and smudgeproof performance. In a self-evaluation test involving 30 participants, 93 percent agreed that the lip gloss nourished their lips.
The Make It Double! range arrives in six color combinations, each pairing its own tones with different aromas and Italian active ingredients inspired by the shade.
01 Orange Squeeze combines warm nude and orange tones, while 04 Caramel Cola pairs brown with gold shimmer. 05 Cherry Jelly brings together red pigment and clear gloss. The remaining shades include 02 Strawberry Slushie, 03 Sour Swirl and 06 Grape Soda.
Each duo allows the color and finish to shift according to application. The matte tint creates the most defined base, while the gloss changes the texture and reflects more light across the lips. Used independently, each side offers a different result without requiring another product.
