Fendi is launching a new fragrance called L’Acquarossa. It will be hitting the counters in September 2013. Chiara Mastroianni ( daughter of Catherine Deneuve and Marcello Mastroianni) is the face of the L’Acquarossa campaign. The campaign is shit by photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino.
“The new face of Fendi” has a strong bond with Rome and the specific style of Italian women. The woman who inspired the creators of the fragrance is self-confident, sensual and proud, while the red color of the bottle was chosen as the corresponding color of passion that describes her energy. Silvia Venturini Fendi, the creator of the fragrance, has emphasized a special bond between the house of Fendi and beautiful Rome, that recently grew stronger through the restoration of the Trevi fountain.
The fragrance is created by Delphine Lebeau, Benoit Lapouza andFrancois Demachy. The notes include Sicilian mandarin, Calabrian bergamot and a prune accord for the top notes. The heart of the composition blends red-and-gold lantana flowers, rose, orange blossoms and magnolia, while the base notes bring nuances of red cedar, musk and Indonesian patchouli.
L’Acquarossa will be available as of 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette, accompanied by body care line.
