Michael Kors will launch a trio of fragrances in conjunction with his upcoming color cosmetics line, due to debut in August: Sporty Citrus, Sexy Amber and Glam Jasmine. The fragrances were reportedly inspired by the designers "favorite scent memories".
"What defines what sexy is?’ I thought about someone that was really full of confidence — if her skirt unwrapped when she sat? Not a problem. So, I think those three things — sexy, sporty and glam — have always been the DNA of Michael Kors, and in a strange way, the Michael Kors woman really is all three of those things — it’s just that she feels more strongly about one of them at certain given times. So I asked myself, how can we express that both with color and with fragrance?”
Sporty Citrus
Developed by perfumer Honorine Blanc, with orange, mandarin, orange blossom and moss.
Sexy Amber
Developed by perfumer Harry Fremont, and featuring amber, white floral notes and sandalwood.
Glam Jasmine
Developed by perfumer Harry Fremont; a white floral with cassis, jasmine, and sandalwood.
Michael Kors Sporty Citrus, Sexy Amber and Glam Jasmine will be available in 30, 50 and 100 ml
