Chopova Lowena continues its exploration of scent with the release of 50mL versions of its three debut perfumes, first introduced on the Spring Summer 2026 runway. The new sizes extend the brand’s fragrance offering while staying true to its distinctive vision, playful, tactile, and deeply personal. Known for its mix of flirtatious femininity and rebellious energy, the label’s entry into perfumery translates its visual identity into olfactory form.
FRAGRANCES
Creative directors Emma Chopova and Laura Lowena-Irons drew inspiration from their own childhood memories and sensory experiences when developing the scents. Their goal was to create fragrances that could live in daily rotation without feeling overdesigned or restrictive. “With the perfumes, we wanted to make beautiful, wearable scents our way,” they explain. “Each scent is textured and delicate, but not precious, meant to be worn daily, spritzed on blouses and scarves and tied to new memories with friends and loved ones.”

Each of the three perfumes expresses a different facet of the brand’s character. “Queen Rosa, Rosa is Queen” unfolds through bright bergamot and pink pepper balanced by Bulgarian rose, creating a floral composition with attitude. “Hay Zhasmina!” takes a richer turn through jasmine, fennel, and ylang-ylang for a warmer, woodier finish. “Green Root, Green Ruth” channels an outdoors sensibility with saffron, nutmeg, and Bulgarian geranium, evoking open air and fresh soil.

The founders expanded their concept by giving each perfume a persona, echoing the nostalgic video game references that recur throughout their collections. These characters embody traits that correspond to the fragrances’ temperaments, complete with imagined companions that extend the storytelling behind each scent.

The 50mL editions of “Queen Rosa, Rosa is Queen,” “Hay Zhasmina!,” and “Green Root, Green Ruth” are priced at $115 and available now at Dover Street Market.
