Valentino Beauty expands its Born in Roma fragrance collection with the launch of Born in Roma Hair & Body Mists, arriving May 2026 as a new product category for all-over perfuming across hair and skin. The collection introduces four mists: Golden Coconut, Caramel Crush, Salty Pistachio, and Vanilla Bliss.
FRAGRANCES
The launch responds to younger consumers who already use fragrance in more personal and flexible ways. Claudia Marcocci, global president of Valentino Beauty at L’Oréal, described the release as a new category for the brand. The mists give Born in Roma fans another way to wear scent across the body and hair, while official layering suggestions connect select mists with existing Born in Roma fragrances.

Golden Coconut centers on a coconut accord, translating the Born in Roma signature into a brighter summer scent. The mist brings a radiant coconut profile to the collection, with a warm-weather mood that connects clearly to the hair and body mist format.
Caramel Crush takes a richer gourmand direction. The scent draws on caramel as its key accord, building a warm profile around sweetness and the craveable character of the new mist category.

Salty Pistachio introduces a gourmand-inspired pistachio scent. The fragrance uses pistachio as its central note, giving the collection a playful scent with a distinct character.
Vanilla Bliss follows a sweet, creamy gourmand direction. The scent centers on vanilla, adding enveloping warmth to the Born in Roma Hair & Body Mists lineup.

The mists also address scent layering, one of the key habits shaping fragrance use among younger customers. Valentino Beauty suggests two official combinations: Born in Roma Donna Eau de Parfum with Vanilla Bliss Hair & Body Mist, and Born in Roma Donna Yellow Dream Eau de Parfum with Golden Coconut Hair & Body Mist. The format supports a more flexible approach to fragrance, giving consumers space to refresh, layer, and adjust scent throughout the day.
The 100-ml bottles carry a colorful, fully-studded version of the Born in Roma design. The lightweight format makes the products easier to carry and suitable for different moments, including summer use, hair application, and on-the-go fragrance refreshes.

Valentino Beauty supports the launch with a campaign titled Valentino Summer Fair. The visuals connect the mists with carnival-style attractions, with each fragrance tied to a specific attraction: duck fishing for Golden Coconut, balloon darts for Caramel Crush, tin can alley for Vanilla Bliss, and the green glow of a claw machine for Salty Pistachio.
Born in Roma Hair & Body Mists launch in May 2026. The collection brings a new format to one of Valentino Beauty’s strongest fragrance franchises, using gourmand accords, body-and-hair application, and selected layering rituals to extend Born in Roma into a more playful daily ritual.
