Scarlett Johansson for Dolce & Gabbana Passioneyes Campaign


Scarlett Johansson is the face of  Dolce & Gabbana’s new “Passioneyes” duo mascara campaign. The actress was photographed by Tom Munro in Taormina surrounded by Mediterranean fruits and flowers.

in keeping with the effortless curves of the Dolce&Gabbana silhouette, the mascara’s formula glides a luxurious, smooth film over the lashes and creates a feminine curl and full volume for a truly mesmerising look.

Natural and naturally derived ingredients comprise a resistant formula with a flexible, lightweight feel. The formula contains tapioca polymers to help hold lashes in place, while long wear polymers improve resistance. It also contains beeswax for enhanced natural flexibility structure and body when dry, and Glycerin, which helps condition lashes and creates spectacular curl.

Developed in collaboration with brand’s Creative Advisor Pat McGrath, Passioneyes is formulated in three opulent shades, each imparting beautiful rich colour to the lashes. Nero, a volcano ash black and Terra, a dark earth brown are intense classic mascara shades. Making its debut is the first blue Dolce&Gabbana mascara. A deep blue, Blu Indaco’s hue recalls the stunning waters of the Mediterranean.

Together, luxurious colour pigments and an advanced formula create smudge-resistant lashes that look thick and curved yet feel light and feathery soft.

Thanks to the advanced design, the brush is moulded in a curved shape to create flirty, full and curled lashes. A thick centre features bristles spaced closely together, allowing for absolute precision and control in application.
