Miu Miu expands its fragrance line with Miutine Intense Eau de Parfum, a richer interpretation of the original Miutine scent created by master perfumer Dominique Ropion. Introduced in 2026, the new fragrance moves deeper into fruity-floral territory through an accord centered on blackberry liqueur, gardenia and bourbon vanilla.

Miutine Intense develops the character of the original fragrance through a darker berry profile. The composition opens with blackberry liqueur, bringing a concentrated fruitiness inspired by macerated berries. Gardenia forms the floral center, while bourbon vanilla provides sweetness and warmth at the base. Miu Miu positions the fragrance as an intensified take on Miutine for those drawn to a more pronounced berry presence.
Ropion also created the original Miutine, which Miu Miu introduced in 2025. That fragrance approached a classic chypre structure through a playful gourmand direction, opening with Mara des Bois wild strawberry before moving into gardenia, jasmine, brown sugar and bourbon vanilla. Miutine Intense keeps gardenia and vanilla within the composition while shifting its central fruit reference from strawberry toward blackberry liqueur.
Miu Miu describes Miutine Intense as a scent created for women willing to express a more intense side of their personality. The fragrance continues the attitude associated with Miutine, which takes its name from the French word mutine, referring to a rebellious or mischievous character. The original fragrance introduced this idea through an irreverent approach to traditional perfume codes, and Miutine Intense pushes that personality further through its concentrated berry accord.
Miu Miu continues the fragrance concept it introduced a year earlier while giving Ropion’s original formula a deeper fruit direction.
