e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. Skin and Bubble join forces for a limited edition collection that combines familiar products from both brands. The collaboration responds to the way beauty fans already mix skincare and makeup, layering formulas and adapting routines around hydration, color and glow.

MAKEUP

The collection includes three products: Drop N’ Dunk, Glow Talk and Camo Slide. Each formula pairs one e.l.f. product with one Bubble product, creating a group of skincare makeup hybrids that connect visible color with skin focused benefits.

Drop N’ Dunk combines e.l.f. Skin Bronzing Drops with Bubble Slam Dunk Hydrating Cream Moisturizer. A dual chamber package keeps the two formulas separate until users mix them in the center. The product allows customers to adjust the level of radiance while adding hydration. It comes in Fair Gold, Copper Gold and Pure Gold.

Bubble founder and chief executive officer Shai Eisenman says customers helped shape the product. Since 2022, the brand has received frequent requests for bronzing drops, especially a version paired with Slam Dunk. The team answered that demand with a package that holds both formulas in separate chambers.

Glow Talk pairs e.l.f. Cosmetics Glow Reviver Lip Balm with Bubble Talk Back Lip Serum. The formula delivers color, shine and lasting hydration in one application. Customers can choose from Berry Well, Pinky Promise and Dusty Rose.

Camo Slide combines e.l.f. Cosmetics Camo Liquid Blush with Bubble Water Slide Hyaluronic Acid Serum. The lightweight blush serum creates a fresh, buildable flush with a hydrated, dewy finish. It uses the same three shade names as Glow Talk: Berry Well, Pinky Promise and Dusty Rose.

e.l.f. Brands Chief Marketing Officer Oshiya Savur says both companies share a community first approach and respond quickly to culture. She explains that the partnership grew from consumer habits, including mixing skincare with makeup, layering formulas and personalizing routines. The brands translated those habits into products focused on care, color and experimentation.

Eisenman also points to the overlap between the two audiences. Many Bubble customers already use e.l.f. for makeup and Bubble for skincare, which gave the collaboration a direct link to existing routines. She says both teams used real consumer behavior to guide the product pairings and keep the formulas accessible.

Savur says e.l.f. continues to consider new collaborations, though each one must align with the company’s values and community focus. With Bubble, that shared outlook produced a collection from products that customers already know and use.
