Lancome introduces Rénergie Multi-Lift Reviva-Plasma serum

Lancome has extended its Rénergie anti-ageing product line with a new treatment, Rénergie Multi-Lift Reviva-Plasma.

It will be hitting the counters in March in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, before rolling out to the Americas in May and Asia in September. The serum, described as a powerful cosmetic lifting skin care product, aims to firm, lift, tone and revitalise skin.

It features two cutting-edge technologies, according to the brand. Multi-Tension technology is said to deliver a skin tautening action, while a Multi-Vital Complex combines a biolipid with a dipeptide to help globally reinforce and revitalise the skin. In consumer tests, 77% of women stated that their skin immediately appeared fresher.

After one week’s use, 75% felt their skin appeared firmer, while after one month 78% said skin looked tighter, as if lifted. Tests conducted by a dermatologist show that forehead wrinkles diminish by -16% after one month, but that skin care benefits are visible as of the first application, with a +14% increase in firmness and a +25% increase in tone. Rénergie Multi-Lift Reviva-Plasma features a gel texture, fragranced with a floral woody scent, composed around a middle note of rose. It is presented in a mirror-like pump dispenser inspired by liquid nitrogen bottles. For optimum results the serum should be applied using a special application technique which incorporates facial stimulation and smoothing.

Actress Kate Winslet is the face of Rénergie Multi-Lift Reviva-Plasma. The advertising visual was shot by Mario Testino.
